When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, and your message. We use these solely to reply to your enquiry. We do not use your details for marketing, and we never sell or share them for advertising.
If you book an appointment, your booking details are handled by our booking system, AesthetiDocs, under its own privacy policy. Health information you share during consultations is held securely in your clinical records and is never published or shared except as required for your care or by law.
How Your Information Is Handled
Contact form messages are delivered to us by email. The services that make this work process your data on our behalf: Cloudflare hosts this website, and Resend delivers the emails. Both act as data processors and do not use your information for their own purposes. Your enquiry is kept only as long as needed to deal with it and any follow-up, after which it is deleted.

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking of any kind.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how it is used.
